Colet

Colet is a family winery that has been working in our vineyards since 1783. For the first 200 years as farmers, tending the land and livestock of the “Hisenda Romaní” house in Sant Martí Sarroca, until they became the owners in 1984.

It was not until the beginning of the nineties they built the new winery in Pacs del Penedès to make wine from their own and 100% organic vineyards of Sant Martí i Pacs.

Josep and Sergi Colet, who currently manage the family-run business, have prepared their wines with a traditional production system since the very beginning, but also taking advantage of the most modern and respectful cultivation and winemaking techniques.

It is worth mentioning that they were one of the first wineries to leave the D.O. Cava aside and attain the D.O. Penedes, currently Clàssic Penedes.
