Copinet Champagne is located in Montgenost in the Cote de Sézanne, and was founded in the 1970s. There are 9 hectares of vineyards owned by the Domaine, distributed in the three areas Cote de Sézanne, Côte des Bar and Vallée de la Marne, and divided into the 3 typical varieties. The main role is Chardonnay, which has an average of 30 years old and which allows the Domaine to get the richness of its fresh and fragrant Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs, which express the distinctive traits of the chalky terroir of the Cote de Sézanne.

Copinet Champagne committed to environmental conservation, have adopted “sustainable” and natural viticulture methods: among the practices adopted, insecticides and herbicides have been eliminated, in association with ancestral practices to give the earth a more active life.The Domaine has obtained the”Terra Vitis” and “AGRICULTURE BIOLOGIQUE” certification, official labels that guarantee its ecological commitment.

In addition, Champagne Copinet has been certified “Vegan” for its entire range, meaning that no animal substances are used for the processing of wines and for the packaging of bottles.
