Futuristic Chardonnay. Nestled in the village of Uzichy just below the exit of Tournus lies Domaine Thevenard. On a 250m high plateau of clay-limestone, 30-60 year old vines produce very pure Chardonnays. In 2021, the newest generation decided to restart by withdrawing 12 hectares (out of a total of 22 ha) from the Chardonnay cooperative. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and innovation, they create trendy, fresh New-Age style Chardonnays for the modern Burgundy enthusiast.
