One of Israel’s finest boutique wineries, Flam is a charming family-run estate in the Jerusalem Hills producing exceptional Mediterranean wines from their vineyards in the Upper Galilee and Judean Hills.

Established in 1998, Flam prides itself on its heritage, producing wines of the highest quality, and doing so with the utmost professionalism and passion. The consultant oenologist for Flam Winery is Christian le Sommer, former oenologist at Chateau Latour, 1er grand cru classé in Pauillac.

Perhaps the true secret behind Flam’s success is that family is everything. They brings the European style aspect of a family wine estate to Israel, using their own vineyards and controlling everything from the planting of the grapes to bottling, with attention to detail in every aspect of the winemaking process.

In 2010 Flam began making award-winning kosher wines which now have a cult following both at home and abroad.
