Frederic LEPRINCE has settled for around ten years in Nantoux, a small wine-growing village in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. He had the chance to buy an old farmhouse, a heritage witness to a not-so-distant time when We lived almost self-sufficiently in the heights. A stable transformed into a winery, a cool cellar which was undoubtedly used to preserve vegetables, an old bread oven which warms the body and provides a little comfort after a hard day of harvest…It is in the heart of this other Burgundian region, as he likes to call it, that Frédéric has built this estate over the years where he brilliantly crafts wines of immediate pleasure, retaining admirable freshness and magnificent elegance.
